Chiropractic Care
Dr. Grainger and Dr. Perez are here to help with any of your chiropractic care needs. They perform manual adjustments and Activator adjustments. Our office also has flexion distraction and spinal decompression available.
Auto Accidents
If you've recently been in an auto accident we recommend coming in to be seen by our Nurse Practitioner as well as one of the chiropractors. We are able to help decrease the muscle pain and tension that happens after an accident. Remember you only have 14 days before you lose your benefits.
Primary Care
Our Nurse Practitioner, Lauren is here to help with any of your primary care needs. We know life can get crazy so having everyone in one office makes it easier on patients. Lauren can see you for High blood pressure, Diabetes, Cold and Flu and everything in between.
Massage Therapy
We are here for all of your massage needs with 2 full time massage therapist offering massage therapy Monday through Friday. We have plans and packages available to make this more affordable.
Who are we?
Dr. Jamie Grainger
Chiropractor
Dr. Jamie Grainger graduated Cum Laude from Palmer College of Chiropractic in Port Orange, FL as a member of the class of 2017. She earned her bachelor’s degree in public health from the University of West Florida in Pensacola, FL. Dr. Grainger is a native to the central Florida area, growing up in Winter Springs.

Mrs. Lauren Eggnatz
Nurse Practitioner
Mrs. Lauren is a family nurse practitioner who graduated from Walden University in Minneapolis, Minnesota. She graduated in 2019 with honors and is a member of the National Society of Leadership and Success Honors in Society. She earned her Bachelor’s degree in Nursing from the University of Central Florida, before earning her Maser’s in Nursing, Mrs. Lauren worked as an RN in orthopedics and emergency medicine.
Dr. Santos Perez
Chiropractor
Dr. Santos D. Perez graduated in 2019 from Palmer College of Chiropractic in Port Orange, FL. He earned his bachelor’s degree in Biology from the Interamerican University of Puerto Rico, Arecibo Campus. Dr. Perez was born and raised in Puerto Rico, he is fluent in both Spanish and English and is looking forward to reaching out and treating the Hispanic community.
